When registering an account with natural hair shield, we ask that our customers keep their login detail private and do not share with others. This is for your own confidentiality and privacy. as we will do our part by keeping all customers personal details enclosed from other third parties.

  • Next Day Delivery £5.99

  • UK Next Day Delivery Free (Orders over £60) automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping to europe

  • Europe standard tracked & signed for flat rate £15.00 - (7-15 working days).

RETURNS & exchange POLICY

 

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you will have 14 calendar days to return your order for reasons listed below in Section A. The 14 day refund period starts from the day your order is shipped. you will always receive a conformation email once your order has been shipped. Find out how to return your item(s) in Section B.

 

If you receive faulty goods, we may also request that you return these goods and/or we may repair or replace them.

 

FAULTY GOODS

 

Please return your item(s) to us within 10 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by  emailing (naturalhairshield@gmail.com) and a member of our team will look into.

 

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund or exchange your item.

 

SECTION A - 1. Item is faulty, 2. Customer changed their mind and cancelled their order within a 2 hour time frame from when the order was placed. This saves any disappointments of delivery charges not being refunded, or order being shipped.

3. Wrong Size (Too small/big), 4. Not as described or any mistakes made by Natural hair shield Directly. 5. hair products cannot be returned due to hygiene, health & safety purposes. (unless product has arrived damaged, then a picture evidence must be emailed to customer service), if that is the case, then a replacement of the items will be shipped (not refunded).

 

SECTION B - the cost of delivery will not be included when refunds are processed. costs of returns to be covered by the customer.
